Freya Allen Shoffner is the principal attorney at her firm. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Suffolk University Law School, she has strong experience in the areas of business and corporate law, tax, estate and probate, litigation, real estate, and traditional and alternative family matters. She helps both for-profit and nonprofit businesses in many industries, including medical, retail, hospitality, real estate, and technology. Before becoming a lawyer, Ms. Shoffner purchased and operated several successful businesses in Massachusetts. She has spoken for organizations, including the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, Mount Holyoke College, and the American Orthodontic Society, and she has lectured at Suffolk University Law School's Advanced Legal Studies Program. Ms. Shoffner is admitted to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Appeals Court (1st Circuit).
