Christopher Schulte is a managing director in the company’s Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Schulte’s consulting practice has focused on the valuation and licensing of IP and the determination of financial damages in IP litigation since 2003, and he is often engaged as a damages expert in matters involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and other IP disputes. Mr. Schulte has also evaluated financial damages and unjust enrichment in class-action matters relating to consumer data privacy violations. Outside of litigation, he often provides analytic and strategic support to clients engaged in licensing negotiations, patent portfolio sales and acquisitions, bankruptcy proceedings, and other IP-centric business transactions. Mr. Schulte has published articles and lectured about IP licensing, valuation, opportunity assessment, and damages-related issues, and he has been named among the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists.
