Lisa K. Mullen is a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 standing trustee, David Wm. Ruskin. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Mullen received her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School. From 1996 through 2002, she represented both consumer debtors and creditors prior to becoming a staff attorney for the Chapter 13 trustee. Ms. Mullen is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association for the Eastern District of Michigan, where she previously served on the board of directors.
