Todd Tennis is president and partner of the corporation, where he has spearheaded a number of policy issues for clients in areas ranging from utility regulation and professional licensing to labor law and civil law. Mr. Tennis has extensive experience with the state budget process, having advocated successfully for a variety of programs benefiting vulnerable adults and youth. He has also become one of Lansing's leading experts on retirement and pensions. Mr. Tennis began his career in state government in 1993 as a staffer in a State Senate office. He joined Capitol Services in 1995 as an associate and was named a partner in 2005. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in political science.
