Diane Antishin is vice president of Human Resources and chief diversity and inclusion officer for the company and has more than 25 years of human resources experience in the utility and automotive industries. She is responsible for the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide strategy for workforce planning and development, talent acquisition, talent and succession planning, executive and employee compensation and benefits, health and wellness, and labor and employee relations. In addition, she oversees the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, cultivating a work and learning environment that encourages, supports, and values the multicultural mosaic of DTE’s workforce, customers, business partners, suppliers, and communities. Ms. Antishin also leads the employment and education pillar of the company’s force for growth strategies, driving economic growth and prosperity in the regions it serves. She is a member of the HR Policy Association, serving on the labor relations advisory and employment rights committees, and is a member of the board of governors for the American Health Policy Institute. She also serves on the Conference Board Council of U.S. D&I Executives and board of directors for the American Society of Employers, Haven-Oakland Foundation, and board of visitors for the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business. Prior to joining DTE Energy, Ms. Antishin was the director of labor relations at American Axle and Engineering, Inc., also holding leadership roles in operations and manufacturing.
