Robert F. Magill, Jr., is in general civil practice, with an emphasis on civil litigation, and has written several articles in this field. He has tried cases involving commercial and retail contracts, constitutional law, construction liens, personal injury, probate, real estate, federal and state tax, trade secrets, and zoning. Mr. Magill has served on the Constitutional Law Committee of the State Bar of Michigan. He was an adjunct professor of law at Ave Maria School of Law, teaching business organizations.
