Stanley A. Prokop practices in the area of insurance law. His work includes property damage cases, declaratory judgment actions, subrogation matters, fidelity claims, and errors and omissions matters. Mr. Prokop has published and lectured on all of these issues. He is a past chairperson of the Insurance Law Committee of the State Bar of Michigan and is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, the Advocates Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters.
