Steven A. Harms

Steven A. Harms retired from his firm, Muller Muller Richmond Harms & Myers, PC, in 2014. He practiced in the area of retail and commercial collection law. Mr. Harms was a frequent lecturer on collection topics and coauthored "International Commercial Secured Transactions" (Thomson Reuters 2010), a look at secured transactions around the world, with each country's requirements included. He served as a mediator in Oakland County and continues to serve as an adjunct professor of business law at Walsh College in Troy. Mr. Harms was a frequent contributor to ICLE's educational programs. He wrote two books and several book chapters and spoke at several ICLE seminars each year.
