Randolph B. Osstyn practices in the areas of retail and commercial collections, general litigation, and family law. He has practiced law for over 30 years, all but one of which have been in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and northern counties of Wisconsin. Mr. Osstyn taught high school mathematics in Detroit for seven years and served two years in the U.S. Army. He was certified in 1993 as a creditor's rights attorney by the American Board of Certification. Designated a Michigan Super Lawyer in 2009, Mr. Osstyn is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Michigan Creditors Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
