Patrick E. Mears practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, restructurings and insolvency-related matters, real estate law, and commercial finance. Mr. Mears is an elected member of the American Law Institute and is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. A member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association, he has served as chair of its Real Estate Financing Group. Mr. Mears is a regular author of and contributor to ICLE's books. He is also a regular contributor to various LexisNexis publications on insolvency issues and to its Bankruptcy Law Center website.
