Ronald E. Baylor's civil litigation practice includes defense of schools, universities, and local government officials and employees against tort liability claims for personal injury, property damage, and employment decisions. He also assists local government and industry in a wide range of environmental matters. Mr. Baylor is admitted to practice before all Michigan courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. A contributor to "Local Government Law and Practice in Michigan" (1999), he has lectured on liability and immunity issues for ICLE and other professional groups. Mr. Baylor is a member of the Litigation Section and Environment, Energy, and Resources Section of the American Bar Association and the Negligence Law and Environmental Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
