A founding partner of the firm, Daniel J. Weiner practices in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial matters and specializes in automotive supply chain negotiation and litigation. He is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Weiner frequently serves as a visiting lecturer on many bankruptcy, debtor/creditor, and other commercial topics in the United States and Canada, and he has been a speaker for ICLE. Mr. Weiner has contributed articles for the Turnaround Management Association and the "Michigan Business Law Journal," among others. He also serves as an active member of the Mediation Panel of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
