Richard J. Gianino is the managing partner of the firm's Detroit office. He is a senior litigator who has devoted his professional career to the representation of insurance companies and health care providers in multiple areas of litigation and counseling. Mr. Gianino's professional affiliations include the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan's Negligence Law and Health Care Law Sections, the Defense Research Institute, and the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters.
