Sandra D. Glazier is an equity shareholder at the firm. She concentrates her practice in probate litigation, estate planning and administration, and family law. Ms. Glazier has held numerous leadership positions with the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) and the ABA. She serves the ABA's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section as vice-chair of its Elder Law and Long-Term Care Committee and sits on the ABA's Diversity and Inclusion and Continuing Legal Education Committees. Ms. Glazier is currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Probate and Estate Planning Section Committee on Special Projects and Council and serves as chair of its Guardianship, Conservatorship, and End of Life Committee. She is a nationally recognized author and presenter whose work has been featured in Bloomberg Tax, Leimberg Information Services, Inc., and "Trust & Estates" magazine; she is also the author of the American Bar Association (ABA) book, "Undue Influence and Vulnerable Adults." Ms. Glazier has presented on a variety of topics, including undue influence, ethical duties to vulnerable adults, defending fiduciaries, and issues relating to remote execution and electronic wills. She has been awarded the OCBA’s Distinguished Service Award; has received Top Lawyer, Super Lawyer, Leading Lawyer (Michigan), and accredited estate planner designations; and has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
