Patrick F. Hickey practices in the areas of employment litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Hickey is a member of Dykema Gossett's Executive Board and its Professionalism Committee, and serves as the chairman of the Ethics and Conflicts Subcommittee. He has over 20 years experience litigating commercial and employment matters in various state and federal courts in Michigan, and has appeared before courts and in arbitrations in other states, including Ohio, New York, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. He also has extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Hickey is a member of the American Bar Association, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee, the Federal Bar Association, Detroit Chapter, and the Catholic Lawyers Society of Metropolitan Detroit, where he is a past president and director.
