Brad B. Arbuckle practices in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, business, and real property. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, subsidiaries, and divisions. He has also represented issuers in initial public and private securities offerings of all kinds, including mortgage-backed securities and other asset-backed securities. Mr. Arbuckle provides general corporate and securities representation to a number of the firm's public and private clients. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
