Catherine D. Jasinski concentrates her practice in tort litigation, insurance defense, employment law, municipal law, and probate law. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Jasinski is a member of the Litigation Section and the Employment and Labor Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan as well as a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. She is a past member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel's Board of Directors and the Northwestern Michigan College Legal Assistant Program's Advisory Committee. Ms. Jasinski has served as general counsel for and represented local district health departments, community mental health agencies, and county road commissions, and she is an appointed member of the Bingham Township Planning Commission.
