Phillip C. Korovesis practices in the area of commercial litigation. His expertise is in non-compete/trade secret litigation and consultation, personal injury, product liability defense, life insurance matters, general business disputes, and securities industry arbitration and litigation. He is an active member of the Defense Research Institute in the product liability, business litigation, and life insurance areas. Mr. Korovesis has successfully arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and the New York Stock Exchange. He has also represented clients in both state and federal appellate courts.
