Jeffrey J. Van Winkle has more than 25 years' experience representing entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. The services he provides include contract drafting, strategic and operational project financing, organizational structuring, and serving as outside general counsel. Mr. Van Winkle regularly assists businesses based outside of the United States to establish a business presence in the United States. In addition to other duties, he actively supports the global services that Clark Hill offers its clients through its international network of law firms called Globalaw. Mr. Van Winkle's selected past and present activities include president and board member for Guiding Light Mission, chair for the National Small Business Association, chair and board member of Leadership Grand Rapids, and treasurer for Globalaw. He is a past chair of the Business Law Section Council of the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the Middle Market and Small Business Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.
