Michael A. Tesner is a managing assistant prosecuting attorney for Genesee County and serves as the bureau chief of the Appellate Division and chief ethics officer in the county's Prosecutor's Office. Mr. Tesner manages attorneys and staff in handling all criminal appeals for the office at every level in Michigan and in the U.S. Supreme Court, provides legal research, trial support, and training to attorneys in the office, and consults with prosecutors and law enforcement officers. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
