Bryan J. Waldman is the president of the firm and represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases and no-fault insurance claims. Mr. Waldman serves as an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law where he teaches a course on Michigan's No-Fault Insurance Act. He has also served as a guest lecturer on litigation topics at Wayne State University Law School and University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Waldman has been included in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the area of plaintiff's personal injury litigation every year since 2007. He was also selected as the publication's Lawyer of the Year and for plaintiff's personal injury (Lansing, Michigan) in 2015, 2017, 2020, 2022, and 2024. Michigan Super Lawyers also named Mr. Waldman to its annual lists from 2006 to 2008 and from 2011 to 2022. From 2016 to 2024, Leading Lawyers recognized him in the areas of personal injury and product liability law. Mr. Waldman served as president of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (now the Michigan Association for Justice) from 2003 to 2004 and is also a current member of the American Association for Justice and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He frequently lectures on subjects related to trial advocacy and Michigan's auto insurance laws. In addition, Mr. Waldman is also a well-known bicycle lawyer and heads Michigan Bicycle Law. He is committed to advocating for the rights of cyclists all over Michigan and has represented many Michigan cyclists in addition to volunteering with a number of organizations focused on advocacy efforts for cyclists' rights, assisting with their grassroots legislative efforts.
