With a master's degree in labor and industrial relations in addition to his law degree, Jeffrey S. Donahue practices in the areas of labor, employment, and education law; collective bargaining agreement negotiation; and grievance arbitration. Mr. Donahue has litigated cases in state and federal courts, the Teacher Tenure Commission, the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC), and other federal and state administrative agencies. A member of the Ingham County Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, he is a past chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM). Mr. Donahue was a contributing author for the "Guide to Public Sector Labor Relations Law in Michigan--Law and Procedure Before the Michigan Employment Relations Commission." He has coauthored the MERC caselaw update in the SBM's "Lawnotes" publication and frequently speaks on MERC caselaw for the SBM's Labor and Employment Law Section.
