Since 2000, Krispen S. Carroll has served as a standing Chapter 13 trustee, administering bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Michigan - Detroit. She is a former president of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees and a frequent speaker and contributor for the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Carroll is a member of the Federal Bar Association and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association and serves on the Local Bankruptcy Rules Advisory Committee of the Eastern District of Michigan.
