Michael R. Wernette practices in the areas of business litigation, debtor-creditor law, workouts, and bankruptcy. He practices in the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan; in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in New York, Delaware, and Ohio on a pro hac vice basis; and in state courts throughout Michigan. Mr. Wernette has also argued successfully in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the Michigan Court of Appeals.
