Dustin S. Foster teaches wills, trusts, and estates and supervises students in the Estate Planning Clinic as an assistant professor at Cooley Law School. The clinic is a collaboration between Lakeshore Legal Aid and the law school, providing free estate planning services to residents of Oakland County age 60 and over. Prior to joining the law school, Mr. Foster was an associate with Bernick, Omer, Radner, & Ouellette, PC, practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, elder law, and family law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland and Ingham County Bar Associations.
