Jennifer A. Puplava is an expert in trademark, technology, and privacy law with over 25 years of experience. Ms. Puplava has worked with commercial, nonprofit, and municipal clients on trademark selection, clearance and registration, and the negotiation of various trademark-related agreements. In addition to her trademark work, she helps clients navigate and maintain compliance with state, federal, and international data protection and privacy laws. Ms. Puplava currently serves as the secretary/treasurer of the State Bar of Michigan’s Intellectual Property Law Section.
