Kimberly E. O'Leary is a professor of law and director of the Sixty Plus,
Inc. Elderlaw Clinic at the law school. She joined the faculty at the law school in 2000, and before that she directed a clinic at the University of Dayton School of Law in Ohio, and taught in a clinic at Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. Before teaching law, Professor O'Leary worked in her mother's law firm in southern Indiana practicing employment and constitutional law. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and Oberlin College. She has been active in the Association of American Law Schools and the Clinical Law
Review. Professor O'Leary has written in the field of attorney-client counseling, housing law, diversity training, the relationship between social justice goals and clinical law offices and clinical teaching. She has presented papers at the UCLA/University of London International Clinical Scholarship Conference, the New York Clinical Theory Workshop, and numerous AALS conferences.
