Timothy J. Dardas focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, automobile casualty and liability defense, and professional licensing, discipline, and credentialing matters. Mr. Dardas is admitted to practice in Michigan as well as in the U.S. federal courts in Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and the Ingham County Bar Association, and he a Fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation. Mr. Dardas has been a repeat faculty speaker for the Lorman Education course Litigation Skills for Legal Staff in Michigan and a speaker for Michigan Works: Affirmative Action Versus Equal Opportunity. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2010.
