David D. Sprague is the chief fiduciary officer with the firm, practicing in the areas of trusts and estates, special needs trusts, and wealth management. He is a member of a relationship management team that provides financial services, portfolio management, and other personal services for high-net-worth clients. Before joining the firm, Mr. Sprague was the founding partner of Rygiel Sprague, PC. His practice included estate planning, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate administration, real estate, business and corporate law, and entity formation. Before practicing law, Mr. Sprague had nearly 10 years of experience working in the automotive industry and the field of information technology for General Motors Corporation, on its corporate finance staff, and for EDS, as an operations manager, where he managed a team of 30 employees. A member of the State Bar of Michigan and a board member of the State Bar of Michigan's Elder Law and Disability Rights Section Mr. Sprague has authored articles on technology and the law for Automation Alley, "Detroiter Magazine," and the "Michigan Bar Journal."
