David M. Kramer is a solo practitioner who practices in personal injury, contract disputes, and general civil claims. He began his legal career as an associate with Hilborn & Hilborn, PC, where he represented plaintiffs in automobile defect litigation, third-party automobile claims, no-fault litigation, and consumer protection claims. Mr. Kramer is a member of the Michigan Association of Justice and former board member and president of the National Lawyers Guild Detroit-Michigan Chapter. He has presented to the State Bar of Michigan’s Worker’s Compensation Section. Mr. Kramer was named a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015.
