Specializing in healthcare integration and physician acquisitions, Alicia Blumenfeld Chandler serves as general counsel for Trinity Senior Living Communities and Trinity Home Health Services and as assistant counsel for health networks for Trinity Health. Prior to joining Trinity Health, she worked at Wachler and Associates specializing in Stark, anti-kickback, and other compliance issues and at Bodman LLP in the commercial litigation practice group. Ms. Chandler currently serves on the Substantive Law Committee for the State Bar of Michigan's Health Law Section. She has been recognized by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on multiple occasions for her pro bono work. Ms. Chandler graduated from Harvard Law School as well as the University of Michigan Business School.
