Suzanne K. Sukkar is a U.S. business immigration lawyer at the firm. Ms. Sukkar focuses her practice on global workforce mobility, employment-based sponsorship and visa matters, and immigration audit and compliance for corporate and individual clients across a vast array of industries. She has experience in all areas of immigration law, including obtaining non-immigrant employment-based visas; immigrant employment-based visas; outbound (global) immigration; family-based immigration; and naturalization. Ms. Sukkar is experienced in conducting I-9 and LCA file audit training. She has developed expertise in the area of E treaty trade and investor visas, consular processing, and start-up ventures. She provides counsel to a broad clientele base, from the highest-level executives to the entry-level business professional. Ms. Sukkar currently serves as chair of the Commission on Middle Eastern American Affairs and is a past-president of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
