Kenneth J. Treece handles a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts in Michigan and across the United States. He has represented clients in cases involving claims for computer fraud, health care fraud, patent infringement, civil rights violations, antitrust violations, unfair trade practices, labor and employment discrimination, breach of contract, wrongful death, and claims against directors and officers. Mr. Treece has also been involved in several pre-merger antitrust reviews. As a member of the firm's electronic discovery and records management team, he manages projects with a design toward minimizing costs and maximizing the efficiency and quality of the review process while guarding against inadvertent production of privileged information. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Mr. Treece is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, the District of Columbia Bar Association, and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
