Saulius D. Polteraitis is a partner with the firm. His primary focus is representing hospitals and health professionals in the defense of complex medical malpractice and products liability claims. In addition, Mr. Polteraitis represents clients in general negligence, products liability, employment, and premises liability matters. Early in his career, he worked as an associate for a well-known personal injury firm, specializing in medical malpractice claims. Mr. Polteraitis has also represented clients in first- and third-party no-fault cases, employment, and negligence matters. He has also successfully argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals. Mr. Saulius has served on the board of directors of the Michigan Society of Healthcare Risk Management and currently cochairs the membership committee. He is also a president emeritus of the Catholic Lawyers Society of Metropolitan Detroit.
