Ethan Dunn is the managing member the firm (a boutique business and insolvency law firm). In his law practice, he guides individuals and entrepreneurs through their toughest financial challenges using both bankruptcy and nonbankruptcy legal tools for dealing with debt. Mr. Dunn is currently a cochair of the Federal Bar Association Bankruptcy Practice Group and an advisor to the U.S. Small Business Administration Emerging Leaders Program. He served on the Bankruptcy Rules Committee commissioned to rewrite the local bankruptcy rules for the Eastern District of Michigan. He also serves on several nonprofit boards, including the board of Access to Bankruptcy Court founded by the Hon. Marci B. McIvor.
