Jason P. Smalarz practices in the areas of bankruptcy, restructuring, and debtor-creditor rights. He is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the State Bar of Michigan's Modest Means Program, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association. Mr. Smalarz is a past presenter at the ABI's annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop and the ABI's Hon. Steven W. Rhodes Consumer Bankruptcy Conference. He is a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013-2021).
