A shareholder practicing in the firm's Detroit office, Donald Orlandoni represents companies and individuals in complex business and commercial matters, with particular expertise in business and commercial contract disputes, noncompete and trade secret litigation, government bid protests, and franchising and supply chain disputes. He also chairs the firm's Government Contracts, Aerospace and Defense practice group. Mr. Orlandoni is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the both of Michigan’s federal district courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He was named a Michigan Super Lawyer from 2010 to 2017. Mr. Orlandoni earned a JD, cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Wayne State University Law School, where he was assistant editor of the "Wayne Law Review." He received a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy.
