Hayley E. Rohn-Dave practices primarily in the areas of probate and estate planning and taxation, with a special focus on business succession planning. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for Hon. Bernard A. Friedman, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and for Hon. Michael J. Callahan at Wayne County Circuit Court. Ms. Rohn-Dave is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan. She served on the Legal Committee (2005-2008) of the National Council for the Support of Disability Issues. Ms. Rohn-Dave has spoken for ICLE several times since graduating from Wayne State University Law School in 2007.
