Anthony Mosko is a partner at the firm, leading its Automotive/Engineering Industry practice group. Mr. Mosko works primarily with clients in the automotive, engineering, and manufacturing fields, including start-up companies, Fortune 500 companies, and every size company in between. He has advised companies of various sizes through complex corporate restructuring issues impacting their foreign national labor force and employment immigration compliance. Mr. Mosko represents employers in their work visa sponsorship matters, as well as their employees with obtaining permanent resident (“green card”) status. He has been exclusively practicing business immigration law since 2012, has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2009, and is a member of SBM’s Immigration Law Section. In addition to worksite compliance, Mr. Mosko has presented and lectured on the beneficial impacts of employment-based immigration to education, innovation, and the economy.
