Phillip P. VanLaan is legal counsel at the group, providing advice with a particular focus on contracting matters. His experience includes general health law matters involving health systems, hospitals, and providers. Prior to joining Spectrum in 2015, Mr. VanLaan was an associate at Hall, Render, Killian, Heath and Lyman in Troy. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and State Bar of Michigan, where he serves on the Health Law Section’s membership committee.
