Jason Blevins has the privilege of serving as a domestic relations referee with the Livingston County Friend of the Court and began serving in that capacity in 2023. Prior to his service as a quasi-judicial officer, Mr. Blevins provided advice to the Oakland County Circuit Court as a staff attorney to one judge along with the entire Muskegon County Circuit and Probate Courts as the only research attorney. He spent four years litigating in his native state of Indiana prior to relocating to Michigan. Mr. Blevins holds a JD with dual concentrations in International Law and Criminal Law and a LLM in Child & Family Law, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration & Leadership (expected in summer 2026). He volunteers his time to the International Criminal Court as a judge in its annual moot court competition held in The Hague, Netherlands.
