Elizabeth K. Patrick is a trial attorney for the Office of the U.S. Trustee. Ms. Patrick previously worked as the law clerk to the Hon. John T. Gregg of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan. Prior to joining the bankrupcy court in July of 2014, she practiced consumer bankruptcy law in Grand Rapids. Ms. Patrick authored an article on student loan issues published in the "American Bankruptcy Institute Journal" and coauthored two articles regarding chapter 13 issues published in the "Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser" and "Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice." She graduated summa cum laude in 2012 from Michigan State University College of Law, where she served as the senior articles editor on the "Michigan State Law Review."
