Becky Glitman is associate counsel of mergers, divestitures and acquisitions at Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic health systems. Ms. Gilman’s practice focuses on significant transactions and joint ventures between health care providers and other various transactional and regulatory matters, including advising on legal and compliance matters related to clinical research. She is chair of the State Bar of Michigan Health Care Law Section for the 2024-2025 year.
