Jeffrey A. Crapko serves as a principal at the firm and is a criminal defense and civil litigator whose practice involves a strong emphasis on federal court practice and appeals at both the state and federal level. Mr. Crapko graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he served as an editor of the "University of Chicago Law Review." Following graduation, he returned to the Detroit area to clerk for both Hon. Helene N. White on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for Hon. Robert H. Cleland on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Crapko is the former chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and is active in pro bono service, volunteering his time for indigent clients in both state and federal court.
