Anthony J. Frasca is a member of the firm's taxation department and practices in the areas of probate, estate planning, philanthropic giving, and nonprofit tax and governance. He focuses his practice on sophisticated estate and business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, with an emphasis on tax-efficient planning and philanthropic giving. In addition, Mr. Frasca advises tax-exempt organizations in the areas of nonprofit governance and tax compliance and reporting. Before joining Dykema, he practiced as an associate attorney in the tax and estate planning groups of Mayer Brown in Chicago and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, and McCloy in New York. Mr. Frasca is active in the Washtenaw Estate Planning Council, Inc.
