Robin B. Wagner

Robin B. Wagner focuses her practice on employment discrimination, housing discrimination, and civil rights cases. She has served as a cooperating attorney for the Fair Housing Centers of Metropolitan Detroit and of Southeast and Mid Michigan, the National Women's Law Center’s Time’s Up program, and the National Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund. A member of the LGBTQA Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), Ms. Wagner also serves as chair-elect of the Civil Rights Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, cochair of the Civil Rights Committee for the Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and a member of the section council of the SBM's Labor and Employment Law Section. She has contributed articles on gay rights and LGBTQ employment law to the "DePaul Law Review" and the "Michigan Bar Journal." Ms. Wagner was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" in 2019.
