Devin Loker has been a fixture within Michigan’s cannabis legalization effort from its early days of medical-use to its fast-growing adult-use market. Mr. Loker is the sitting treasurer for the State Bar of Michigan’s Cannabis Law Section, helping to educate nearly one thousand attorneys on Michigan’s ever evolving cannabis laws. He has built a reputation around cannabis compliance and regulatory issues from licensure to sustainable operations. Mr. Loker helps companies through licensure, growth strategy execution, consolidation events, and dispute matters. He serves as corporate counsel for a number of licensed cannabis companies. Mr. Loker also has a history of representing defendants rights in the criminal justice system.
