Nick Hadous is in private practice concentrating on federal civil litigation, primarily in the areas of consumer protection, appellate law, and civil rights law, mostly concerning prisoner medical care. His litigation record includes several appellate victories in state and federal courts, multiple seven-figure trial verdicts and settlements, and numerous preliminary injunctions for prisoners requiring immediate medical care. Mr. Hadous has also created online courses and podcasts on consumer protection practice areas.
