Mitchell Zajac, an associate at his firm, practices in the areas of automotive law, intellectual property law, and regulatory certification and compliance. Mr. Zajac is also an engineering adjunct professor and graduate curriculum coordinator at Trine University. Before joining his current firm, he was an engineer at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where he won the Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles Innovation Award. Mr. Zajac is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Intellectual Property Law, Marijuana Law, and Military and Veterans' Law Sections; the American Bar Association; the Oakland Bar Association; the Detroit Bar Association; and the Michigan Chapter of the American Intellectual Property Inns of Court. He is also the president of the Association for Child Development and a board member of the Western Michigan University Lee Honors College Advisory Board. Mr. Zajac is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
