Holly Zoe is a member and part of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice centers on real estate and corporate matters with an emphasis on projects in the spaces of renewable energy, healthcare, not-for-profits, and small- and mid-sized family owned businesses. Ms. Zoe serves as an advocate, advisor, and counselor for her clients regarding a wide range of issues including project development deal negotiation and acquisition, formation and governance, finance and restructuring, real estate acquisition and disposition, land use and zoning matters, and general business matters. She also represents state and local governments on a variety of matters including real estate and land use, public record and FOIA requests, and certain litigation matters. Ms. Zoe has been included on the Ones to Watch list by "The Best Lawyers in America" and is admitted to practice in Arizona and Michigan.
